It comes down to her knees. On her feet she has some flat pink maryjanes that match the rosy pink of her dress. She also has a white beret that goes along with the white flowers in her dress. Likes: sewing, swimming, peaches, dancing, rice wine Dislikes: bugs, bears, candy, lawyers, loud people Positive characteristics: free spirit, soft spoken, positive attitude, caring, non-violent Negative characteristics: emotional, easily overwhelming, jumps to conclusions, insecure, unrealistic/naïve Past Two people with strong feelings for you: Xian Choi: Her eldest brother. She has always looked up to him in her young years. He doesn’t always give the best advice, but he would try his best. He’s the one she cries to when things go wrong. Especially when her sister ended up marrying the man she was in love with. Wei Gao Rui: the man of her dreams. She met him on the job when he came in with a terrible injury. He had gotten into a terrible car accident. She nursed him back to help at the hospital…only to find out that his family had arranged for him to marry her own sister… Roleplay Sample: It was a month after the marriage and her sister, Shi-Mai wasn’t really excited to meet with her sister, for once in her life. She had gotten married…to the man she was in love with. She knew this the moment she heard about the organized wedding that her world would change. His last name rang out in her mind. Rui. I was an arranged marriage, but the thing was…her sister already knew him and was the one to suggest it. Mei-lin would cry herself to sleep every night over it. Somehow, she had found the strength to sit with her brother, before the newlyweds. Her face unphased by the couple’s happiness. She appeared just as happy as them. The whole time they were eating lunch together, Lin acted as if nothing was wrong and no one would know any different. She joked with her brother and sister and even pretended that it was okay that her crush didn’t recognize her, even though it crushed her a million times over inside. They seemed so happy together…they were already planning on having kids and everything. Lin could feel her mind whirling and her stomach churning. Her stomach felt so terrible she politely excused herself from the table and went to the bathroom. When she got to the bathroom, she rushed into a stall and proceeded to throw up in to the bowl. She knew her body was in shock, but she couldn’t just let this happen…Though she had to keep reminding herself that the deed was already done. They were already wed and off to their new life. Why hadn’t she told him how she felt when he was in the hospital? She wiped her mouth with some tissue and watched as her true feelings about the whole thing flushed down the toilet. She went to the sink to wash her hands, kind of staring at herself in the mirror. A woman came out of a stall and quickly washed her hands before scuttling out of the bathroom. As Lin stared into the mirror, she saw a strange green light form behind her. She wasn’t sure if it was real or not, but to her, it seemed as if it were her envy staring her in the face. When she turned around as if to leave, she realized it was still there. She found that she couldn’t hide from it. Lin decided that this “metaphor” to her thoughts would only go away if she accepted it. Accepted, welcome to Through and Out's World! First, go to Area 1 and post in the "Through and Out" thread. Follow the guidelines and don't forget that there are some people in the thread already. I reccomend you read it so that it's easier to understand. You can now create a thread in the Character Development section and add any info about Lin you might want - how was her life before, more in-depth information...
