Likes: Music, Sports, Reading, Friends, Learning new things Dislikes: Being alone, Any unhappy emotions, Arrogance, Confusion, Being ignored Positive characteristics: Relatively friendly to those who are friendly to him, humble, observant, honest, very curious. Negative characteristics: Easily confused, blunt, thinks a little too much, and some of his random outbursts can be pretty lame. Past Two people with strong feelings for you: Alicia - Jesse's best friend since kindergarten was Alicia Stanford, a bright girl, yet at the same time, very spunky and with a spitfire personality. She and Jesse grew up together all of their years, always together as if like brothers and sisters; soon, though, Jesse found himself thinking of Alicia as more than just a friend. And he had a strong feeling that she thought the same about him. Brandon - Brandon was Jesse's older brother. He was the one that Jesse always looked up to, whether it was for advice, homework help, or simply someone to hang out with on a boring Saturday afternoon and crack jokes with. Jesse could trust him with anything, and vise versa. They were almost like best friends, only blood related. Roleplay Sample: The bell had rung long ago, signaling the dark-skinned American boy and his fellow peers to burst out of the front doors to after-school freedom. By now, Jesse was already far past the school yard -- and two streets away -- and was off walking home without anyone with him, his book bag slung over his shoulder ever so casually and his house in plain sight just down the street. Jesse put his hand above his eyes so that he could see without the setting sun blinding him, and it was then that he noticed there were no cars in the driveway; nobody was home. What better time to relax than now? This was his train of thought as he slipped his book bag off of his shoulder and plodded forward until he was standing in front of his beloved basketball hoop. He smiled to himself, scooping up the ball that laid beside the goal and bouncing it rhythmically on the surface of the cul-de-sac he was playing on. He looked up curiously at the goal as if to calculate a certain difficult shot that he had been trying to master for a while now. Maybe now that he was calm and had a good day at school, he could finally beat his brother's held record. ...Not that he cared about the record, or anything... Jesse bit his lip, backing up, and he held the orange ball in his hands. The high goal was close, his seventeen-year-old tall stature making it so that he was nearer to the basketball net than ever before. Finally, after a few moments of thinking, he forced his arms upward and let go of the ball, watching it fly toward the net. But he no longer had to opportunity to see how he scored, when suddenly a huge, bright light appeared in front of him, nearly blinding him. He felt himself lose control, and the poor confused boy could feel himself lifting into the air. Before audibly yelling and getting sucked into who-knows-where, the last thing that Jesse said was, "OH CRAP!" Really, I'm sorry x_x You've been accepted, welcome to Through and Out's World! First, go to Area 1 and post in the "Through and Out" thread. Follow the guidelines and don't forget that there are already some people there. You may now post at the Character Development board and add any information about Jesse you might want - how was his life before, more in-depth information...
